No, not in the public domain yet. Those old works go into the public domain 96 years after they were first broadcast/shown to the public. Steamboat Willie was released in 1928 and went into the public domain in 2024 – so the Looney Tunes stuff from the 1940s still has it at least 10 years under copyright.I wonder if they're old enough to be considered public domain like Steamboat Willie. They should be getting close. I remember some of them pushing WWII-era "War Bonds" and talking about gremlins infesting C-47 Skytrain cargo planes.
