And the Next Cancelled Show is...

The shows on TLC that we miss the most were from James Burke, like Connections and The Day the Universe Changed. Great history, science, and cultural lessons, presented in a captivating way. We've worn out the videotapes we made of some of the episodes. Good stuff!

Oh those shows were awesome!

At the end of the last episode of The Day the Universe Changed, he pretty much predicted the World Wide Web!

In STUNNING (Not) news Netflix canceled a show called Daybreak!

At this point as soon as Lucifer is over so am I. It's $9 a month to watch foreign stuff and some of the worst sci-fi movies ever made. Netflix movies make Syfy movies look good. $2 for 12 months with Hulu's Black Friday deal and $5 a month for Amazon Prime which has free shipping and music.

But they still offer great things like The Irishman,Glow,Black Mirror,Stranger Things and soon I hear they are going to buy Paramout. They still have more to offer than most places. At worst they become the third best service behind Disney Plus and HBO Max. Jason

Daybreak was fun as heck. :)

If Buffy was a nerd boy, after the atomic war, all the adults turn into zombies, and the pets/wildlife turn into huge mutant dinosaur-like things, but despite that, since it's teenagers in charge, despite the fall of free society, it's still High School rules.

Of course rather than being a mystical chosen one, the hero of story's only superpower is that he is Canadian, which means that he has the same outdoors wildlife survival skills as an Eagle Scout, which is as far as the new world order goes, makes him Superman.

Oh, and he's on a never ending quest to save his girlfriend, who has almost certainly been eaten by a dinosaur.

You think HBO Max is going to be second after Disney+?! It's $15 a month with a stupid ass name. It's DOA.

None of those shows I care about.

I saw the trailer and it looked silly, but I don't remember the dinosaurs. That sounds awesome!!!! #Needmoredinosaurs

I was going with HBO Max because I assume all the HBO shows will go their. Jason

Sorry. Mutated animals that look and act like huge dinosaurs/kaiju.

When I as 12, Hobo Max used to buy me my beer from the Quickiestop.

It was a pretty-looking show with a clunky script. I think Harrow also films in that general region of Australia.

I would never assume anything in 2020, even still it's $15 and a stupid name and Game of Thrones is dead. They killed their golden goose. Plus what is HBO Now?

I could get Disney+, Hulu and Amazon Prime for the same cost as HBO Max. I think it or Apple+ will be the first to die.

*Oprah voice....*

You get a renewal!
You get a renewal!

You all get a renewal if you are a CW show not already in your announced final seasons!!!

Everything got a renewal including returning shows that haven't returned yet like Roswell and Legends.

I can't believe they renewed Pandora. I am still trying to figure out what the last couple episodes were even about.

It was renewed in October for probably another summer release. Now there will be another 13 episodes to explain things or confuse you. :)

The show is fun in a "turn you brain off" kind of way, but the actual main narrative of the show is still confusing, as in it acts like it explained stuff, but really didn't. Shrug. It was fun, I enjoyed it in a retro 90s throwback cheese kind of way, but damn. I am still unsure of the nature of the main character and practically all of her backstory, and if I'm not mistaken by the end of the season there were 3(?) versions of her?

I've never seen the show, but if it's a summer show on CW I'm guessing the writing isn't going to be the best. But three versions of her sounds like fun. Now I feel like watching it.

Glad we will NOT be talking about Black Lightning in this thread.... i was worried about the ratings...it is a well acted show.
