And the Next Cancelled Show is...

I gave up on the show just a few weeks ago. I couldn't take it anymore. The show ran its course a few seasons ago. If this is the last season though, I might check out the back half eventually.

I've just learned that there's a show called "Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party," about Martha Stewart and Snoop Dog throwing potlucks. And it's been renewed, so no need to fret if you've missed out on the first season. You get two guesses which cable network it's on...

I don't know if you guys have My Kitchen Rules or Masterchef in the USA but geez what a load of shit these shows are. Manufactured drama by the bucket load. The biggest one being one contestant calling another one a slut this week on camera and it's all brushed off as a casual joke.

TV here seems to have sunk to a great low.

It's now acceptable to have multiple simultaneous sexual partners.

I'm amiss to see how that word still has teeth?

It seems to have teeth on commercial TV when you have so called Reality TV contestants using it in what is prime time hours, at least over here 730 - 830pm...

I found it in terrible bad taste and if I were that woman I'd have kneed him in his ballsack. Or dropped the plate of food in his lap since it was hot.

Which puts you in a conversation that generates ratings. :)

I want to see a nerd fight between New MacGyver and Scorpion.

Both series tend to be about falling into a life and death trap that only science can save them from.

Scorpion tends to accidentally find that life or death situation too easily with impossible frequency, meanwhile MacGyver is on a spy mission and the FATE OF THE WORLD is at stake.

Scorpion tries to make it seem like the fate of the world is at stake too, once hundreds of aerial drones were bringing heroin across the US/Mexican order, and then the really fat nerd calculates that that amount of heroin will potentially kill 30,000 Americans, or some other ridiculous number.

Well, if you're already trapped in an iron clad monogamous relationship, there's very little that "the present" can do to enhance your lifestyle, but if you are single, then you are doing it wrong.

Ha! It's Donnie from Orphan Black! :)

Brockmire, which premieres tonight on IFC and is the best new show of the year, has been renewed for a second season of 8 episodes. We can't get 10 episodes? It's really funny. If the first 5 minutes don't get you laughing then don't bother.

In 1952 nearly 70 million Americans watched each new episode of I love Lucy, as it aired.

Today the highest rated sitcom is the Big Bang which is getting 20 million viewers per new episode.

It's a whole new world.
