And the Next Cancelled Show is...

Because the writing was at least half way decent. Not everyone was against it getting one. Maybe.

Doesn't matter if it's good or not, it matters how the ratings were, which was horrible. The show was just throw out to dry in it's first season, no one o earth thought it would get a second season.

Then for some reason it did. I guess the first season just barely made enough money for it to get a few more episodes.

Yea.

Enough fans liked it. Too bad some reality shows didn't get canceled instead of it. But oh well. The power of viewers and the dollar.

I've never watched the show, all I know is that NBC treated the show like shit. I never saw adds for it, they shoved it in the summer, the stuck all the episodes online before it even premiered. Very very weird.

Yea they did. The strange thing, they had some good advertising for it originally. I liked that. At least it allowed people to catch up with it. I wondered if they knew it wouldn't do well along with trying to get people to binge watch it, similar to Netflix and the like.

Pitch will be the first show canceled, because you like it, it's well made, different.... so no one else watches it.
I do. I'm curious to see where they take it.

The lead is okay (underdeveloped, but it's early), and Mark Paul Gosselaar and Ali Larter are already pretty great.

^ I like Pitch too. It's different from anything else on TV right now, which is a plus for me, but probably does make it less accessible for a lot of viewers. But I've found it very compelling and enjoyable so far.

If I had to pick something to get cancelled first, I'd go with Conviction. I love me some Hayley Atwell, but that first episode was just dreadful and full of unlikeable characters, especially her lead.

Aquarius is gone.

Was hoping it would at least get through a third season.
Aww, I stopped watching in the first season, but I wanted to know what happens to that nice young Charles Manson fella and his hippie friends. Do they start a family band and travel around in a bus? Do they solve mysteries in a van along with their talking dog? I hope Charlie doesn't get any unfortunate tattoos that he will regret later in life after he calms down and gets a job in corporate America. I predict good things for him.

Not me. :ouch: I didn't mind the story about the other characters, just not Manson. He's a few cards shy of a full deck.

*I see what ya did there though. :p*

This is great news, shocked to hear. This season has been great, so I'm really glad and surprised. Didn't the creator say if they got a fourth season it would be set in 1990?

Interesting would be seeing these guys dealing with Y2k.

"Braindead" is now totally dead. The summer political sci-fi satire mashup was probably just too weird for mainstream audiences.
