Sadly, I've seen it become more and more common, especially Canadian shows where getting a good budget is difficult. One locally filmed show only got an 8 episode second season, when the original season had gotten 15.

Yeah the show costs too much and the ratings are falling. So it sounds better to say the show ends after 10 years than 9.

I've been watching Containment and every ad they've shown for it says it's a mini-series. Not sure how it can be cancelled when it's already one and done?

The creators said they had plans for a second season. In that one all the dead people from the virus come back to life as zombie werewolf vampires.

Yeah...they billed it as a mini series.. though i suppose there are ways to continue with the characters...


Is there a TrekBBS thread on this show... major thing happened...if it's really what it showed... very gutsy and heartbreaking...also need to see the beginning of the 1st episode to see what it showed us...
