This means you feel the war was an unwarranted one. The constitutional rights of the slaves weren't important enough. So you would have no real problem with Americans not getting to exercise their rights for the first 50 years of their lives. I stated as much and you replied:

You see, I'm not assuming. It is very clear from your posts that you find slaves to be lesser persons who don't need to exercise their constitutional rights. That's not an assumption. You agree with the idea that 50 years of waiting would have let slaves exercise their constitutional rights, so you feel 50 years without rights is perfectly acceptable.
