Amazing Beyond graphics

I have been reading the lists to the left of the picture. The bottom two are lists of ship types. It is curiious that the dreadnought type is not mentioned on the list. On the other hand, we have canonical support for both carriers and corvettes in Starfleet service.

Any chance of linking directly to those list images? I probably can't afford a computer that could handle that site.

Thanks... I think. I'm getting the mother of all headaches trying to decipher the list. What is the ship type highlighted on the right side list, supposedly pertinent to what the Franklin is?

The rightmost column, under the schematic view of the Franklin, reads:

NCC-7317 USS FRANKLIN

CLASS: FREEDOM
CONSTR CONTRACT: RIVERSIDE SHIPYARD / IOWA
2255

Oddly enough, every year on that graphic is 2255. It was a busy time.

ETA: And, perhaps, to be helpful, I should read back over the past couple posts and see which lists you're all actually talking about. The very tiny lists in the bottom left quadrant reads (as far as I can tell based on combining barely legible text with context)

Left Column
<NAVIGATION>
STARFLEET VESSELS
DIPLOMATIC VESSELS
ESCORT VESSELS
MINING VESSELS
SCIENCE VESSELS
SHUTTLECRAFT
SUPPLY VESSELS
SURVEY VESSELS
TRANSPORT VESSELS

<NCC-1701>
REGISTRATION
SCHEMATICS
MAINTENANCE LOGS
PERSONNEL
CREW LOGS
PASSENGER MANIFESTS
TELEMETRY
 (??)
INVENTORY LOGS

Right Column
<STARFLEET VESSELS>
CARRIERS
CORVETTES
CRUISERS
FRIGATES
HOSPITAL VESSELS
SCIENCE VESSELS
SCOUTS
SMALL CRAFT
STATIONS
 (??)
SUPPORT VESSELS
SURVEY VESSELS

I could believe 2155 as the launch date for that particular USS Franklin.

I could believe 2120 perhaps as Edison's birth year.

There are mentions of Pike and Scotty in the service record. I'm pretty sure they took Kirk's service record (which Krall reads as a floating hologram earlier in the movie) and changed the bare-minimum on it to make it Edison's.

Well, if what we see has to work in-universe, then obviously this Freedom class USS Franklin, NCC-7317, is a modern cruiser and mere namesake to Edison's historical vessel, brought up by the database only because "users who searched for USS Franklin also liked this". ;)

And the Pike and Scott families have long traditions in starfaring, with our Montgomery the rare exception who didn't immediately join Starfleet...
