I hereby confirm, acknowledge, and affirm the completion of this current line-by-line thread and do guarantee that the proper procedures for beginning a new line-by-line thread, as laid out in Article I, Section 2, Paragraph H, Subparagraph iii, Sentence 14, Clause 9 of the Sheliak Guide to Line-by-Line Threads will be initiated in short order.

 

However, Clause 10 of such guide indicates that short order will not take over eight hours or else the treaty will be in abeyance.

No, not necessarily. That's just what happened to come up. I know if I pick next, it won't be that episode, it'd be something else.
