So there's pretty much a 0.000% chance Izel is dead. We never saw her on the ship after Jocko and Davis lost her the first time. At first I thought she might have simply flown off on the quinjet, but she's probably a shapeshifter disguised as Davis. Sad to see Jocko go, he was a neat character. Also sad to likely see Davis go, it was nice to have a normal person like that recur on this show full of crazy ass shit.
That sure was a surprising ending. My first thought was whoa, May killed him. My second thought was Izel switched her disguise from Davis to May. My third and current thought is that May didn't exactly try to kill him, but shot him to prove/reveal what he really is. He seemed to still be alive/functioning.
Benson has been noticeably absent lately. He's due to show up soon to play some part in Izel's plan.
The Daisy vs Shrike scene was done poorly. Neat idea, but it seemed to be shot wrong or positioned wrong, and it wound up looking like she only killed 5 of them, instead of the whole flock of hundreds which I think is what was supposed to happen.
I enjoyed the celebration scene at the end. Nice little way to catch your breath, and catch up with friends. (Including characters who are friends with each other, and viewers relaxing with fictional friends from the show.) I love Deke. I love him interacting with his grandparents, I love him interacting with Daisy, and I love him interacting with Snowflake.
And on a completely unrelated thought, I just want to say that I'd be totally okay if Ward shows up as another villain again on this show. The show did a nice job of redeeming him in the Framework, and I can totally understand if they want to end his appearances on a high note and leave it at that. But if they drag him out again, I wouldn't complain.
