Which is a shame, because I thought that was a fantastic idea. It made perfect sense and it raised numerous storytelling possibilities. I think it was Byrne who did that, but it might have been Shooter.
Pretty sure it was Byrne.

They have other ones now, including an Inhuman turning into a door and one turning into a ship's engine.Which is a shame, because I thought that was a fantastic idea. It was definitely during the time that Byrne was doing FF, and I think it was in an annual or something, but something is tickling at the back of my mind that Shooter was involved.Pretty sure it was Byrne.
^^ Okay, that's kind of extreme. Those aren't biological changes. And, yes, I know super-powers are pretty magical, but to me that's taking it too far.

I got the impression Lockjaw spoke to the Thing. Maybe it was both. Here's the page from the retcon:I remember the plot: Crystal and Quicksilver's baby had turned out to be (gasp!) an ordinary human. Pietro was so horrified by this ("My daughter . . . a human?") that he was determined to expose the infant to the Terrigen Mist post haste, regardless of the risk.
Then Lockjaw speaks up (for the first and only time) to say something like "Look what happened to me."
Which gives Pietro pause . . . ..
I'm pretty sure it was both. He spoke to Pietro to discourage him from using the Mist on the kid, and then to Ben when he made the remark about never having anything to say.I got the impression Lockjaw spoke to the Thing. Maybe it was both.
