Some Enterprise-themed ones.

Azati Primer

The Xindi ask Enterprise for help working on their new fence before they can paint it.

Rouge Planet (Kind of breaking my own rule on this one but I couldn't resist...)

Enterprise goes back to Earth and realises people are still have trouble working out if the Star Wars spin-off is called Rogue One or Rouge One.

Shuttlepod Gone
Trip and Reed try to leave the Enterprise but find that somebody's stolen their only shuttlepod.

Vanishing Pint

Babel Gone
While en-route to a trade summit, Sato reports the loss of the beer and shuttlepod to Archer. What do you know, the planet's been stolen too!

Found
Just as they're about to give up hope, they find the shuttlepod, the beer and the planet has been hidden by Ensign Mayweather as part of his space boomer pranks!

Reonion

Guinean takes onion ring towers off the menu out of concern for ship health, and the customers fight back to reclaim their favorite appetizer.

Rubles of Acquisition.
Quark accidentally timetravels back to 1947, again. However, this time he finds himself in the Soviet Union. Can he make a handsome profit while pretending to despise capitalism?

Lie support
Bashir gets fed up having to cover Garak all the time for the alternative facts he comes up with.

Broken sink
After Quark stole Odo's bucket for a quick buck, Odo discovers his sink is leaking too, leaving him no place to safely regenerate... (part 1)

Let he who is without sink ...
..causing Odo to become extremely cranky (part 2)

Second sink
Happily, Rom finally gets around to replacing it (part 3).
(I suppose this one is technically not allowed, as it shifts one letter, rather than adding, replacing or removing it.)

Inter Arma Silent Legos

The Lego: DS9 movie. In time of war, legos fall silent. An existential tale of a boy who loves Star Trek and expresses himself through legos when World War III breaks out. In time of fear and uncertainty when imagination seems childish and frivolous, the world of Star Trek legos takes a dark turn, and through the legos he fights to reclaim his voice and his optimism as the world around him crumbles.

The Moss

The Enterprise is trapped in a field of two-dimensional life-forms whose presence has unpleasant effects between Troi's legs.

'Jesterday's Enterprise'

First contact with species that has evolved to look like creepy carnival operators.
The species, known as Taganatugans, replace Enterprise's warp core with a merry-go-round.
At first LaForge is totally pissed off but it turns out that the carousel warpcore is much more fuel efficient and Enterprise can now reach warp 9.9.
The relations with the new acquaintance is short lived though, as the Tagatanugans paint Picard's face with a clown mask. Picard doesn't know it is the highest form of praise the "clown people" give to other species. Picard tells the Tagatanugans to bugger off. Tagatanugans move back to their own dimension Y and only later Picard realizes his big mistake. From that point on he always sleeps with a clown mask painted on his face every night.

And that is the story why Picard can't have sleepovers with Beverly or anyone else. They would freak out.

Broken Bo - Alien crewmember Donatello's traditional Nin'jaturtel weapon falls from its display during a violent attack on the ship, breaking in two. The rest of the hour is just him trying to fix it. (Writer's strike episode)

Broken Rink: Odo is dismayed to hear that he has to shapeshift into an entire stadium to host the this year's Galactic Stanley Cup after Rom causes the real one to explode while trying to change a lightbulb in the scoreboard.

Into Barkness: The crew are turned into dogs thanks to Section 31's latest scheme.

The lust outpost

Picard and crew discover the last vestiges of a culture so hedonistic it puts Risa to shame.
