Spectre Of The Gunt

Sulu's secret fetish is uncovered when he accidentally broadcasts it on the viewscreen for all to see.

Star Trek III: The Starch For Spock - After coming back from the dead in the previous movie, Spock looks for something to help with washing his uniform.

Star Trek Into Barkness - Kirk discovers the frozen remains of Captain Archer's dog Porthos, along with 70 torpedos all containing dog food.

Ho Watches The Watchers - Hoshi Sato watches 'The Watchers,' but isn't impressed.

The Mule - A mule comes to DS9 and inspires Jake Sisko to do something. Anything.

Lower Deck - The crew discover Picard's secret hiding place.

"Remember Mel". Dr. Crusher sees the crew vanish one by one, who are promptly replaced by clones of Mel Gibson.

"The Perfect Mare". Picard is assigned to deliver a gift horse meant for the ruler of a distant planet. The horse was bred to become one with its owner, which it mistakenly thinks is Picard thanks to Ferengi interference. Picard and horse nearly ride off into the sunset together until he realizes duty is more important than personal considerations.

The Next Phrase

"Reverse the polarity" loses favour with the writers and they are tasked with coming up with the next overused phrase.

Who Mourns For Dorn?

After his proposed "Captain Worf" tv series is passed on, the casts of DS9 and TNG attempt to help Michael Dorn overcome his loss.

Star Trek IV : The Voyage Homer

The crew of the Bounty travels back in time to bring back the only man in history who can save Earth from destruction - Homer Simpson.

"Half a Fife".
Lwaxana Troi objects when Deputy Barney Fife reaches mandatory "retirement" and is forced to end his life at age 35. She becomes increasingly upset at Barney's indifference and joking about his situation. Finally, she can take no more of him. "Half a Fife is better than none!" she screams as she disintegrates him with a phaser blast.

Blood Oats:

On the Enterprise's visit to Caldos II, Worf experiments with Neo-Scottish cuisine by adding elements of Klingon cuisine. Much to Worf's chagrin, only a man named Ronin liked it, claiming to have gained an increased libido.

The Gortex

A holodeck malfunction traps the crew in the Seinfeld universe, and the program won't end until one of them gets George in a happy relationship.

The Wight

Chakotay is turned into an undead automaton. Nobody notices.

Broken Boy

Archer doesn't have enough money to make ends meet. He ends up having to mortgage the Enterprise.

Fallen Zero

Archer finds out that following a few his gaffes, his exploration budget has been drastically reduced.

Perhaps not exactly conforming to the intentions of the topic starter, but over the years, I have encountered these (probably unintentional) misspellings of TNG episodes on the internet, and they had some immediate effect on my imagination:

Preemptive Trike : Caused me to imagine Picard (or Riker) leading the TNG crew valiantly in battle, all on (toddler's) trikes.
Beast of both worlds: The crew discovers that behind his facade of formality, whether assimilated or not, Picard really is capable of.some stunning debauchery.

The Omega 3 Glory.

Captain Tracy believes he has found a fountain of youth on planet Omega IV. He violated the Prime Directive and destroyed his career for nothing after Dr. McCoy found that the substance was Omega 3 fatty acids, which were discovered on Earth hundreds of years ago. That sucks.

Hades of Grey

The writers strike. The producers take over the writing.

11000001

The Binars all become insurance adjusters because of the 1-for-0 swap. Minuet entices Riker into buying some totaled shuttlecrafts at auction, because "they're just sweet deals, Will, and there's plenty of space for holoemitters..." Picard finds that once depreciation schedules are applied to the Enterprise, his tax burden falls to next to nothing. Only problem is, what taxes, no one has money!

Oh that is nasty. I like it.

Furry

Kes, now free of Voyager, realizes she has a strong attraction to people of a certain appearance. She uses her on-and-off-again superpowers to travel to Kzin space.

Starship Mime - The enterprise is attacked by a ship of mimes

Devil In the Dart - Kirk, Spock, and McCoy shoot pool and play Darts with the Iotians when they collect the Federation's 40%
