Well, at least you've moved on from your earlier talking point of "if you fry it properly, the food won't take on the properties of the frying medium" or whatever bullshit you were trying to hawk.![]()
You know as well as I do that if the oil is hot enough the food will not take on much. If you measure the oil before and then after cooking in it the amount will virtually be the same, meaning very little is being consumed by food-eater.
