A Monday Puzzler: "Beloved Aunt"

Thanks to said hints I now know how to solve it. Unfortunately, there is a very practical reason why I can't, even though I know how...

And it also explains why I had trouble with the puzzle in the first place.

:D
There have been hints?!

Well, there is a need to use my brain, and I don't do that a whole lot these days.

And if I hadn't just discovered this thread at 4:30 in the morning, I might be more inclined to try and figure it out. But I need to go to bed.

I tried checking for Primes, but there's no Site that handles numbers that big. And I tried checking for sequences within pi, but that got me nowhere. The next tool I'm going to use is a mallet applied to Zion's head. :rommie:

Want help?

I keep seeing those clues about looking at the last sequence of numbers and if anything is unusual about them.

I keep looking, straining, and staring.

I just see... numbers.

You have to think, "What would Spock do in this situation?" Do you remember that obelisk with the symbols on it? And after a few hours he worked out that they were musical notes. ;)

I looked at the hint that said to "think laterally," and I noticed some things that peaked my interest, but I still don't know what to do with it.

These are not musical notes, though.

Well, actually, they might be, come to think of it. Only it's not a great tune, though. ;)

Now, that gives me a great idea for a third puzzle... it'll need more time to figure out, though.

I'll leave this open until Friday evening-ish, by the way, as some of you are having more trouble than necessary with it. ;)

I mean, these puzzles can't all be maths problems or wordplay posers, can they? - things would just get stale quickly. Sometimes a little lateral thinking and utilising what you know is all you need. (Incidentally, this IS a wordplay poser.)

And that's all the vague clues I can give right now. To say any more is to pretty much show you the answer, and I'd rather you all tried to work it out for yourselves. :)

Quoted for emphasis.
