Justice League! He was the voice of 'The Question'! He was the scarecrow in a batman animated installment called batman:rise of sin tzu as well.

You are very correct. I was thinking of the "new adventures" TV show! My bad........

He voiced the Scarecrow on an episode of the later version of Batman TAS as well.

What a cool guy he is. My sons and I attended the 40th anniversary convention two years ago and met him walking the halls of the Hilton. He was standing in front of an iPod vending machine all confused so I struck up a conversation with him, first assisting him and then letting him know that we recognized him and thoroughly enjoyed his work. We spoke for about 5 minutes and he was really a nice guy.

He took over voicing Scarecrow from Henry Polic for the new batch of "New Batman Adventures " episodes, and the subsequent games. His work with Justice League as the Question was after Enterprise, as I recall
