EW.com (Entertainment Weekly's website) posted a new feature on A Game of Thrones today, and they will also be having a preview in the new issue of Enterainment Weekly magazine that comes out tomorrow.
So far I'm definitely liking what I'm seeing. I actually only made it a third of the way through the book before temporarily setting it aside, so I don't know if I could identify everything, but it does look pretty close to what I pictured in general.

One very kind person sent me the scans of the EW article - the article spoils some of pretty big plot points of the first book ...
I love everything about this series I've seen so far, looks like the adaptation will be as close as possible to the source material.

It looks absolutely fantastic. The casting, set design, and clothing is just perfect. Tyrion is a little too attractive, but that's to be expected of Hollywood. I can't wait for this to come out.

Even though I haven't gotten through the book, I'm really really looking forward to this. Even more so than most of the movies coming out next year. The first thing to really get my attention with was the incredible cast they got. I've really liked most of the major adult characters in other stuff, although it's really weird seeing Lena Heady as a blond.
