The closest it matches is the Skylab II manned mission, seen here:

But it's the barest thematic match at best. Interesting they use one set of authentic patch art and one completely bogus.

Yeah, I found it odd that they'd go out of the way to get one right but then make up another one completely. Wasn't sure if there was a story reason for it or a production reason.

The one the spaceman has is blue on the left half (that we see) and doesn't seem to have any names on it.

Is there a different one than the Skylab II patch, but more generic?

Just started in Oz, and we got the intro from Amy too. Very interesting. :) I quite like it.

Dammit, I missed it! (the intro that is) Is it on YT? OR somewhere else? Hmm, there's a repeat sometime, I'll have to try then.

I think the UK is the only people not to get it.

Very Sarah Jane Adventures ;)
Nah, it's very A-Team. "In 1963 a daft old man was sent to prison by a Gallifreyan court for a crime he didn't commit. This man promptly escaped from a maximum security time loop to a junkyard in present day London. Today, still knocking about the universe in an outdated Type-40 time capsule, he survives as a righter of wrongs. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire the Doctor."

that is excellent, but there was an intro on the Sarah Jane Adventures

^ Of course! Thanks! :)

ETA: watched it. Didn't think it added a damn thing, but then I've watched this since 1965.
