You can't really know what the best episodes are without watching all of them. What is best is opinion and you can't rely on others to tell you what are the best episodes. I'm sure you are missing episodes that you would really enjoy

Everyone has different opinions about things. And some people consider Timeless to be one of the best Voyager episodes.
Just curious, how did you compile your list of what to watch other than asking others on this board? Because you already had some chosen.
Completely agree that I am missing some I would like. Also missing a lot I would dislike. I have based my list on a number of sources and do think it has the concensus best episodes.
I based it on a Google search and overlapped a few other posts on abridged voyager watching. Then I cross referenced that with IMDB ratings of episodes.
My opinions on the episodes like Timeless are subjective and I do not expect everyone to agree. Everyone has there own favorite episode.
Day 35 – Latent Image
This was a decent episode. Overall it was good but not that memorable. I like the doc but really not much else to comment on.
Continuing on with 5x15 Dark Frontier 1.

My problem with Latent Image is that the setup seems to be flawed. After the girl is killed and Doc goes bonkers, Janeway decides to wipe his memory, alter all of the ships logs, and the entire crew agrees to pretend to never mention her again. A Herculean task that strains credibility. Why not just tweak the Doctor's memory a tiny bit so that he remembers everything, but the fact that he had to choose between the girl and Harry? Just make him remember that she arrived D.O.A. and the problem is solved, right?
I have a similar problem with the holographic war criminal that Doc consults with in Nothing Human. Why is it necessary to include his likeness? Would a hologram that looked like Marcus Welby that had the knowledge of the Cardassian be any less effective?
Anyways...be sure to watch "Counterpoint" - it's one of the strongest Janeway episodes. imo.

Day 36 and 37 – Dark Frontier 1 and 2
So the video file I have put both episodes together and before I realized it I was almost done. This was a great episode. There were some really nice flashback scenes and good Borg scenes. I also like the idea that they are not just running from the Borg but have their own heist plan. I do think the Voyager series have kind of neutered the Borg a bit too much as they have lost a bit of their menace. But even the neutered Borg make great episodes to watch and it also has the most telling Janeway quote.

How he looked had nothing to do with that hologram. If he looked different his program was still using the knowledge gained by the real Crel Moset using unethical methods.
Day 38 – Someone to Watch
“I play the clarinet, you know.” Harry Kim had the best voyager line ever when he tried to use this to impress 7of9. I guess even in Star Trek the clarinet can’t get you laid. This was a fun episode pulled off by good acting from 7of9 and the doctor. It really shows voyager realized the strength of the actors and gave all the nuanced scripts to just 3 people: 7of9, Janeway, and Doc. Everyone else has become walking cardboard stereotypes. Good thing that formula works perfectly for an entertaining episode.

I agree with you, but I think Roxann Dawson/B'Elanna Torres may be a bit of an exception. I think she was very good on this show, and while she was underutilized, she still got some of the better scripts.Or maybe the scripts were of average quality and she elevated them? "Muse" "Barge of the Dead" and "Day Of Honor" are some of her better post Jeri Ryan episodes imo. Too bad she was so often relegated to "kinda grumpy Klingon" for so many episodes.

Day 39 – Relativity
Well this was a relatively good episode.
It did follow the standard Voyager time travel formula but it was a fun romp through the years. There was some nice continuity with earlier time travel episodes and brings back the 29th century reference.
I do wonder why no one from the 29th century ever tried to take the docs holo emitter? Surely the doctor having 29th century technology has altered the timeline and you think someone would have tried to retrieve it. Also I found it interesting that the 29th is just as annoyed with Janeways ability to screw things up as I am.
Finishing Season 5 with 5x26 Equinox 1 tomorrow.

With the exception of Day of Honor I disagree that she got the better scripts. I routinely skip Barge of the Dead (don't care for dream episodes) and Muse is just boring.
Day 40 – Equinox 1
Who would have thought a guy named Captain Ransom would turn out to be a bad guy?
This episode had a great setup and concept. The music was great as well adding some real tension to the show. It is nice to see Voyager set up a two parter with some original ideas that are not based on something from TNG. Also it is nice to have a multi-level plot with more than one enemy and some mystery to it. The cliff hanger is right on point to make you grip waiting for tomorrow!
Season 6 begins tomorrow with 6x01 Equinox 2.

It seems to be a popular episode, but I really didn't care for Equinox. Voyager was always a bit iffy when it came to continuity, but by this point it seemed like the audience was expected to forget Janeway's actions as soon as an episode ended because the writers would be writing her in a totally different manner the following week. Having a character evolve is one thing, but swinging wildly from one extreme to another is something else.
That might be why some fans speculate (theorize) that Janeway is bi-polar.
Day 41 – Equinox 2
Well that was disappointing. It wasn’t a bad episode but it was definitely a let down from the first half. Also I guess the EMH is fundamentally evil and the only thing keeping it from behaving badly is ethical subroutines (which take about 10 seconds to delete). And then there is Janeway who sent her first officer to his quarters for trying to talk some sense into her. This lady seems to get crazier by the season and I can’t believe Voyager has not mutinied yet. Every year she acts more like a kook and needs someone competent to talk reason to her and bail her out.

I agree also, she was always great in my opinion. Juggernaut, Muse, Barge of the Dead, Lineage, Drive, Prophecy, even the smaller parts she had in other episodes are great in my opinion. I think she is underappreciated as an actress and one of the best on the show. My opinion of course

B'Elanna was up there as a favourite character for me with the Doc and Seven. Definitely underutilised.
