It was a good episode.

One thing though, is the divergence point between the main-Destiny and alt-Destiny when they did that funky time thing in Twin Destiny's as if so, why is Rush in the past? He stayed on alt-Destiny, prevented main-Destiny from dialling Earth within a star and then ascended/died/whatever in the chair and thus shouldn't be in the past helping settle Novas.

Rush wasn't in the past. One of the settlements had the belief that Rush was still on board Destiny and would one day come and rescue them. And some people thought of him as a demon. Since he was mentioned so much in the history of the alt crew, it did sort of seem like he was actually part of the settlement, but they did make it clear that he wasn't.

Seemed pretty clear that he wasn't there, or involved.

One half thought he'd come back to rescue them some day, other half blamed him for getting them stranded there in the first place...

I wonder who started stirring up the anti-Rush sentiment. We can probably safely assume that it wasn't any of the people who volunteered to stay on the ship. Telford was on Earth, so Rush's most obvious enemy was out. It might've been a supernumerary, with those odds, or something that happened after the first generation among those born on the planet, as a reaction against the pro-Rush faction.

^That makes his speech in the video seem pretty self-serving. The impression I got was that he wasn't part of either faction.

Well Telford presumed it didn't work because Rush did something out of spite, I suppose a few on the planet would think so too.

Looks like they had cars. And it looks like some Building from atlantis was used. great city.
Thanks for showing them.

I really liked this episode. It was very enjoyable with lots of action and humor. It really did seem like an SG-1 episode sort of. But alas, the show is still cancelled.

I'm surprised no one has brought up the innuendo with the purple fruits.

The show dropped 16% from the previous week remaining bellow 1 million viewers.

In comparison to Atlantis on it's fair well season fans and the general audience are truely showing their dislike for the SGU series. Atlantis had a fairly steep incline after it was annouced that it was cancelled bringing the show out of the 900,000 range back to height of 1.5 and ending at 1.27 million for the final episode.

The question is have the producers got the message?

Two major changes between the two weeks. 1) They lost their lead-in show. 2) The show was moved 1 hour earlier. Both of these could impact the ratings.

I've no idea where you're getting those figures from. Atlantis pulled over 2 million viewers for it's season finale, and never went as low as 900k in it's run.

When you consider that it premiered with 4.2 million viewers though, the series trend for both shows isn't all that different. Without the benefit of being sandwiched between SG-1 and BSG though SGU just found it's core viewership quicker.
