I'm not so sure that the plane near crash is evidence. The pilot saw the other plane at the last second and was able to get his upward enough. I'm not so sure Tony's maneuver there is that precise. BUT.... I'm thinking Tony is eventually going to be exonerated. This whole operationo is going to be more complex. Somehow, the story needs to tie Tony's acts in with the operation in Sengala (sp?)
