Good to see LA playing a bit better than the beginning of the year. Mind you, as well as I want them to play, Im pretty much good for another 45 years to see the cup again. (Not that I really want to wait that long)

Bolts fire Boucher, a good coach that got screwed over by poor management. Yzerman was my favorite play growing up. But he needs to realize that even having the best player in the game in Stamkos and continued strong scoring from St. Louis and Lecavalier, he has a porous defense and so far, it looks like he completely missed on Lindback. I hope Boucher lands on his feet with a better team.

    And...

So who wants to play the Penguins in the first round now? However, we all remember how easily Crosby became unraveled last year in the playoffs. Fleury can either be a premier goalie or the complete opposite game to game and Malkin can't seem to stay healthy. But still, wow.

Just found out the Sharks traded Douglas Murray to Pittsburgh for 2 2nd round picks, with the second being conditional. I'm really happy for this trade. Murray was a good shark, but man did he slow down a lot this year. Also, it might be time to start thinking rebuild for this team, considering their play of late.

Iginla's one of my favorite players, and I was really hoping he'd be a Bruin, but apparently he wanted to go to Pittsburgh, and I can't say I blame him. That team is just stacked now.

So much for seeing the Iginla/Crosby chemistry in action.

Bouwmeester then Regehr then Jagr then Roy. And the Leafs are talking to Kiprusoff.

So what are we thinking for tomorrow? Crazy busy or dud?

If that trade deadline was any more exciting it would have been a funeral.

Erik Karlsson will be back in the Sens' line-up tonight, which is pretty amazing considering he was supposed to be out for 4-6 months. It's been 10 weeks since his injury btw.

I wonder how that investigation is going. I love Hockey, but with the whole thing with Pacioretty and Chara last year and this whole thing with Cooke and the Senators, it can get ridiculous sometimes.
