News will probably come in 5pm or 6pm, right? I forget how this went last year. Was everything pretty much settled the Friday before upfronts? If so, there's a lot to be decided today and tomorrow.
EDIT: Nope, here's some ABC news. Kinda good news. Pam Am, Charlie's Angels, Once Upon a Time and Good Christian Bitches looking good for pickup. Once Upon a Time is the one I'm curious about - apparently it's a lot better than you might think from the somewhat silly sounding premise.
I'd like a chance to see Halleluljah and maybe also The River and Poe, as well as Identity just for the cast. Let's see, how much room does ABC have left over after those four (minus comedies)? I was hearing 6-7 hour-long series. Are the comedies in contention half-hours?

Pan Am -meh. Remakes never turn out well and with the people responsible for Smallville creatively behind Charlies Angels it is a disaster waiting to happen.
Good Christian Bitches might be good--it sounds like a soap opera with pedigree like Darren Star who was responsible for the original 90210 and Melrose Place tied to it it could be great then again he was responsible for the crap that was Sex and the City so I guess it could go either way.

Yeah, the comedies are half-hour shows. ABC has 13 pilots for one-hour shows, so about half aren't going to make the cut. It sounds like Partners and Georgetown aren't going to make it, so that leaves 11 - Charlie's Angels, Damage Control, GBC, Grace, Hallelujah, Identity, Once Upon a Time, Pan Am, Poe, Revenge and The River - chasing six or seven slots. Grace and Revenge sound like they're cooling off, too, and if that's the case it knocks the number in contention down to nine.
I'll bet we see Halleluljah and The River, then - ABC can afford to be generous. They can cast a wide net and see what sticks. Identity sounds like the kind of "safe" show that's good to throw into the mix. I'd predict that Poe doesn't get a pickup - big boss' pet or not, it's still a weird concept - but I'm scared to bet against anything at ABC at this point.

NBC Schedule Predictions. No place for Grimm?
That seems like a more compatible show than REM to pair with Chuck. Monday is upper-downer-upper.
Since the NFL lockout is still possible, NBC will want shows for both midseason and for that contingency. Wonder Woman might just squeak in under those auspices, but I think Playboy is more likely.

Nah, I think both stand an equal chance, based upon eye candy value alone. Plus Wonder Woman, at least, also has potential to generate additional income via future DVD/Blu-ray and sales to networks like Syfy (or Spike) if it survives (or even if it only goes for a dozen episodes). I suppose Playboy, too, but this is NBC we're talking about. This ain't gonna be Nip/Tuck or Entourage 2.0 in the titillation category.
According to a post on TV By the Numbers or one of those type blogs things don't actually look good for WW. Which is weird because a couple weeks ago everyone was saying NBC brass loved the pilot...

Yeah that's already been kicking around... but didn't tvbythenumbers post yesterday that WW had already been picked up? Which seemed really odd...Deadline usually doesn't allow itself to be scooped by a site like that. Variety or TV Guide is bad enough!!! Since then, the buzz has gone the other way.
Deadline reports that NBC is looking to air a new prime-time news magazine show with Brian Williams. That would likely eliminate a slot for a drama series.

Deadline says that may be it for NBC's drama pick-ups - fewer pick-ups than expected since they'll not only have The Voice but also the Brian Williams news magazine show on their schedule.

NBC has officially renewed Harry's Law. The official renewal of Chuck is probably all they have left to do on the one-hour scripted side of things.

Pretty light on the pickups for NBC. I guess they're really confident there will be football come fall. Wonder Woman has been shut out, apparently.

I really hope Ringer is picked up. Even if the chances of a serialized show like that lasting for long on CBS are slim I'd still like it to have a shot.
