One thing I noticed... and that more people would be aware of after Andrew Probert's picture in a prior "Ships of the Line" calendar.. is that you seem to have put the "Calypso" in as a fixed, permanent detail, unable to be detached.

Any particular reason for that choice?
 
The D's yacht isn't really canon, per se, so I don't think it's a big deal.
 
The model looks amazing. I do have a couple questions, though...

* Are the "knobs" on the upper aft nacelles really that large? I don't doubt the quality of your research, but they seem larger than I recall.

* Which references do you consider the most authoritative? For example, to my untrained eye, the engineering hull's overall shape looks more like that of the four-foot filming miniature than that of the six-footer.

Seems like a very small detail to include for the headaches it'd cause, even on a model of this size.
