E2 is one one my favorite shows I really liked Lorian alot beingTrip and T'Pol's son and Trip interacting with him. They had some amazing acting in this show.

According to Mike Sussman, the original pitch was that it was the NX-02 that got sent back in time, not the NX-01. He pushed against it becoming the NX-01 since it made it too similar to Children of Time as others have mentioned.

Lorian's name was an homage to an Elvish Forest from Lord of the Rings, Lórien.
