I was in a RPG group and left in the middle of a session to go watch it.

In retaliation they killed my character.

I watched Twin Peaks during its original run and absolutely loved it. My wife hadn't seen it, but we're working our way through it now (thanks Netflix!). This show hold up surprisingly well.
I had forgotten that Don S. Davis played an Air Force Major in the show with a classified job that had something to do with deep space telemetry. In my mind, he was already working for the Stargate program.

Yeah, just finished a rewatch of Twin Peaks recently in anticipation of the new "season". I've probably seen the whole thing a dozen times or so over the years, but it does still hold up. Lynch at his best, really, hopefully the revival will be as good or better.

Really looking forward to this. It will be great to see Frost and Lynch work with Showtime instead of a regular network. I hope to see more on the Black Lodge and Owl Cave.
