‘Superman & Batman’ movie will follow ‘Man of Steel’

Could we see The Riddler in a future Batman movie? Snyder is known for his Easter Eggs.

Marvel's got some experience in dealing with gauntlets. ;)

AH I see what you did there. :bolian::techman:

Not yet though. Infinity War isn't until 2018 and 2019. Which will be hilarious to see when the time comes.

Justice League Part 1 comes out Nov 17, 2017. One week after Thor Ragnorok.

BUT
Justice League Part 2 comes out June 14, 2019. One month after Infinity War Part 2 in May 2019.

A Clash of Titans is coming.

Holy steroids, Batman!

Wow, I really liked MoS, but this, this looks like a horror movie. I'm not impressed. Only positive thing is Cavel still looks great as Superman. Maybe Nolan ruined it for me, but Ben Afleck just doesn't look right as Batman and the voice, I'd rather have the growl back. The voice sounds like Ultron on heroine. I can only hope this gets better.

Wow, apparently Superman is the villain in this one  I almost wonder if he's going to be mind-controlled or something because he was portrayed very sinisterly throughout that trailer!

Maybe it's because of the cellphone camrip that the voice is so bad. The camrip does distort the resolution as well.

"Do you bleeeeed," the paranoid billionare who rants about tyrants growls to the brightly colored guy who just wants to help people.

On the one hand, the ideas suggested in the narration, the questions being raised of the impact of Superman on the world and the ethics of superhuman power, sound like they could be very interesting. On the other hand, it's a damn bleak-looking movie, not very Superman-like at all.

WB- But he lifted something right? That's a superman characteristic.

Coincidentally, in January DC released a TPB of Roger Stern's 1990 storyline "The Power Within". Which dealt with a cult worshiping Supes as a god.

I agree. I'll see it and reserve judgment but my early feel on this isn't too good.

Well Snyder said back when he was promoting MOS, that he was approaching Superman as if her was real. A few things that would spill out from that would be:

• Some would call him the Second Coming of Jesus.

• Some would call him the Anti-Christ & a false prophet.

• Some would want to learn from him.

• Some would want to dissect him.

• Some would idolize him.

• Some would consider him a threat to their homeland/nation security.

I think we are getting all of these potential story lines from that short trailer.

None of this is a problem. I'm fine with WB going for a more realistic style with their DC films. It's the ridiculously over-the-top grimdark tone of the movie that's turning some of us off.

I think we can all agree that regardless of if the idea or the tone of the movie looks interesting, or if the trailer of the movie is even indicative of what the movie will be like, that was a god awful trailer! Especially when you compare it to what Star Wars JUST gave us.
