If that's the case, I definitely wouldn't see a Starfleet contingent being there for the celebration. Something like that would probably be a pretty small, intimate affair.
The bigger picture, I dislike the entirety of Chapel's character being defined by her relationship with Spock.
I’m simply not seeing Chapel as the one Spock married. If we accept Picard’s birthdate as 2305, per non-canon sources, he couldn’t be a Lieutenant before 2325. Which is when he would’ve likely graduated from Starfleet Academy. I can’t see Chapel being born after 2230. Which would make her 95 in...
Unless the original writer wants to chime in, it is all open to interpretation. Being born in 1971, I can really only interpret the line through the world I grew up in.
Why the WLAF and NFL Europe didn’t survive as a minor league. Very little bang for the buck. Especially when they already have a free minor league system with college football.

I just don’t think there’s room for Spring professional football. Additions to leagues already playing in the Spring and the growth of MLS just makes it too crowded for football that is multiple tiers below the quality of the other sports.
