No, my mom never did. She only emails to communicate to multiple family members at once. She still refuses to text, though. I feel like a major YouTube channel clickbaited me. They had a video on what the movie A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood got right and wrong. But they never once mention that the journalist character is a fictionalized version of the man whose article the movie is based on. So they point out how his name is different in the movie as an example of what the movie got wrong. Then they point out how his father's name in the movie isn't correct either. Then they point out how his sister's wedding in the movie never actually happened. And this part of the video keeps going in this direction.
