Love the robin shot. Can't wait to see them here but I fear it'll be a while yet.

Looked it up. Yep, I'm in the northern edge of Robins' winter range.

Great shots, Finn! I especially enjoy the juxtaposition of the robins with the snow in the tree.

Excellent pics, Finn. I especially like the middle one.

The one with the robins looks like it should be on a Christmas card. Lovely!

Robins have always been one of my favorite kinds of birds. I loved seeing their orange bellies when I was a kid.

The one I test-drove last weekend was pretty good:

And I had a pretty good driving instructor, though his companion looks a bit fearful there...

I did a double take when I first saw it. TorontoTrekker and a Doctor in the same photograph. I bow to the superior geekellect.

    Some of my regulars...

One of them made me a pie! And another one just got back from vacation and brought me exotic beers!

What is your job, I wonder. Based on another picture you posted, I assumed you are a bartender. If so, it's pretty cool that folks bring you a cake and exotic beers. If not, it's still pretty cool :D. How exactly is the beer exotic? From which country is it? I can't tell by the labels.

I'm the marketing manager at a local brewery, and I tend bar a few nights a week as part of that job.

And the beers are from Kentucky.

But hey, if I can't get them around here, they're exotic to me!

    Fun!

I left bartending to get a "real job" in an office with a salary and benefits and things, but it was just so boring that I had to go back to the bar world. It's so much more fun.

To me that is the most important part about work, that it is fun. Cheers :D.
