That's a well-made cake! I love it when Seattle sports teams do well. The fans...I can't think of how to describe it...they get all fannish but in a charming way, like they're not really sure what they're doing. Like little kids in their mothers' high heels.

I meant to post these before, I had done in the picture thread. Some more sketches of my little nephew:

TSQ has a master's touch with some of these.

I agree! Would live to see her add some color to them.

The project for my art illustration course is a book cover for Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland.

Finally had my second Water Color class, it was cancelled last week because of weather. So here is my updated water color I'm working on.

I like it. I dabbled in watercolors when I was younger. My medium is almost entirely ink and pencil, but sometimes only watercolors express the image you want to convey.

Today I was bored and snowed in, so I drew a dragon with a cup of coffee.

Drawing dragons isn't nerdy enough, so now I've drawn a dragon on the TARDIS:

Love the dragons, tsq! The cup of coffee is a nice touch, too!

I had the last class of my Watercolor class I'm taking. I wanted to do a stylized American flag, so this is what I came up with.

    My rough pencil drawing

Final Watercolor, I'm not happy with my stars. I originally thought I wanted these big, bold stars. However after finishing it, I should have gone with smaller ones. Oh well, still pretty happy with it.
