Yeah but still seems a lot of stress over nothing to me.
I think the only folks it's stressful for is those that are kicking and screaming about the Abramsverse.
Me? I'd rather enjoy Star Trek for its entertainment value than worry about how it fits together. Though some of these arguments have a fair amount of entertainment value.
