I cant decide if the design was just elaborate makeup on Ethan Phillips actual feet (which is... disturbing)..Or some sort of creative prosthesis ... (doubtful.. i am watching the episode Warlord and he was cutting some pretty fancy footwork that I dont think you could do with rubbers on..
