One-year countdown thread!

He missed a day once before and came rushing in to assure us that No, he did not, did not, did not miss a day! :)

I'm sure he'll be back soon, hoping that we didn't notice! (...and I saw nothing...)

Sorry, everyone! I don't have a clue what happened:o

World Premiere: -38

I think your count is off. It's exactly 7 weeks from today (49 days) until the general U.S. release.

Uh-oh:crazy:
A little later I'll sit down with a calandar and double check everything.

Since I've been mostly quoting myself, deleting the tags and changing the numbers, I can see myself having skipped something somewhere...

It could also just be the time difference between the UK and North America. Isn't it up to 8 hours difference depending on your time zone? That could account for a full working day :)

Something went wrong somewhere. In at least two places. Bugger. Thanks, USSPhilippi.

US general release: May 17: -48
US IMAX/3D: May 15: -46
UK: May 9: -40
Australia: May 8: -39
World premiere in London: May 2: -33
Days without fucking up: 0

For future reference, I can't be trusted with numbers:ouch:

^Yep. :-/

US general release: -47
US IMAX/3D: -45
UK: -39
Australia: -38 (in a couple of hours)
World premiere in London: -32

Getting close now! 4years, 4 long years... Maybe they should try 7yr wait next time so we really know how the Vulcans feel....

Before you know it, it will all be over.
We will have seen the movie, argued to death about its "plot holes" & "lack of story and themes", about if the box office money was good enough.

And then the drama for who will direct the next one will start, if it will be out for the anniversary...there will be more conversation about Abrams loving SW more and throwing away Trek like a used prostitute.

Fun times ahead. :)

When ya get to be my age...
Seven years doesn't seem that long...
And sometimes..., it doesn't seem long enough.
:cardie:
