Hmm...it sounds like her, but it doesn't quite match exactly. I want to think it's her, but then the voice just sounds slightly off. I tried looking it up, but can't find exactly who the voice is. The commercials do sound like her "style" of voice, but a little bit off. I am inclined to say it's probably not her. Most conjecture is that it's Sally Kellerman, which is who it sounds like in both examples. The first one just has a different audio quality than the second one, but sounds nothing like Kate to me. There's a sultry quality there that Kate just doesn't have.
I think Kate has a pretty sexy voice. But yeah I agree I do not think that is Kate. I believe it is most likely Sally Kellerman.
