Mirror Universe Janeway

I'm sure that you've had a lot of sleepless nights fussing about your poor life choices that has left holes in your viewing habits, although it's a pity that the Government outlawed Star Trek last week so that you will never again have the opportunity to watch the episode in question legally without feeling the civil obligation to turn yourself into the local lock up for callously flaunting the new prohibition.

But it wouldn't stop there.

Then it would be Battlestar Galactica, and Farscape and Stargate Atlantis and select episodes of Sliders... By the time you're finished, you would have completely assimilated the poor bugger and you would have both starved to death because like proper junkies, you two will always chose to put another dvd in the player rather than make a sandwich.

The Prime Directive has more real world applications than not cleaning your brothers house even though sedimentary layers of dust on the windows are indistinguishable from curtains,

Leave your Farscape & BSG at home, since not only did I watch them, I have the DVDs already. :bolian:

(I've mentioned elsewhere my first real LL exposure was on BSG and how I had to check the credits to make sure who she was since D'aB wasn't a brunette.) :alienblush:

As for Sliders, I've seen a few eps... but it never caught my fancy. Same with SGA.

My newest interest is Lost Girl (waiting for season 2's DVDs) I'm shocked to say this, but think I my fav is Kenzi!

As for missed eps... the one that twerked me the most for years was season 2's Carbon Creek on Enterprise. :scream: No matter when it reran, I missed it. FINALLY I caught it on youtube before it got removed. :bolian:

Sliders is and will always be awful, I was only trying to teach you a lesson about the danger of following woe begotten mentors blindly.

If someone else tries to sit you down for 5 seasons of Sliders... Slap them.

Slap them hard.

Okay... but what if Teacake LIKES that kind of thing? ;)

The last couple seasons of Sliders got a bit wicky, but, I enjoyed it pretty well the first few seasons

Earth Final Conflict is the one you might consider violence for if someone tries to make you sit through the final season

I own the movie.

Liked it back in '80 but I don't think it holds up today.

Saw Fonda on an old After Chelsea last night.

She says "I don't need this crap! I produced Nine to Five for goodness sake!"

In that case, let's start a Janeway the bedroom thread! Does she command there, too?

At one point that pretty much described the How is Janeway sexy? thread (that YOU started) LOLOL

I saw Nine to Five on a plane when I was too cheap to buy head phones so my memory of it is a little moot.

I never found Dolly all that pretty. Where most guys saw giant boobs I realistically saw a chubby girl because the giant boobs threw her dimensions completely out of perspective. There are reasons to like chubby girls as if they were supermodels, but that's not how Dolly marketed herself.

Jane on the other hand was just an old lady with bad hair. The 80s were criminally wrong. It wasn't until 15 years later when I saw Barbarella that I understood what she brought to the table... Or floated above the table slowing stripping to complete nudity.

Lilly is still funny on Malibu County today playing a sassy drunk grandmother.
