After seeing Skin of Evil on Space over the Holidays,a thought passed, (ha-ha hold you sarcasm).

But could Armus have been what the Organians cast off to create him?

If this has been asked be for forgive the double post.

    Small World Syndrome?

Armus called his people "a race of Titans". Doesn't sound like the Organians.

Besides, Organians seemed like a bunch of homebodies, for noncorporeal beings. They could have avoided all the hassle with mere mortals by moving off planet Organia, if they were the mobile type. But they chose to suffer through all the shouting and chest-beating of the Federation and Klingon apes... Until they got territorial and threw them off their planet. Would they have left Vagra II?

On the other hand, Armus was a villain, with "manipulative" and "idly sadistic" among the fitting descriptions. Anything it said could be assumed to be a lie more probably than not, then, especially as regards its origins and motivations and the assigning of guilt over the current state of affairs.
