Could Data KO or kill the enhanced Admiral Quinn (the one which made Worf and Riker look like sissies) with one hit?

Given he can bend a titanium bar with no major exertion, I would say yes. A human body can only take so much, i don't care how many parasite endorphins and steroids are in it.

Quinn would have ripped Data's head off and spat down his neck.

He was doped up to a level that would make even Lance Armstrong have second thoughts.

Last I checked Lance Armstrong can't bend titanium bars.

Well, the last chance for that passed a while ago - but previously, he made a career of not bending the titanium bars he was sitting on... But perhaps he was faking it, considering.

I guess the interesting thing about Quinn isn't whether he could bisect Data, but whether he would. What did he hope to accomplish by beating Riker, Worf and LaForge to pulp? Create a medical emergency during which he could slip the bug into Crusher as intended?

Maiming Riker should have sufficed for that. Yet apparently Quinn then blocked Riker's attempt to call "proper" security and instead summoned two unarmed bridge officers in addition to the CMO he was sent out to convert.

Also, if Quinn prevented the calling of armed security, why did Crusher come armed? When did she become more paranoid than Worf? It's not as if her kid would have been at risk this time.

I think Quinn possibly (but doubtful) could have been strong enough to tear off Data's head, but most certainly not fast enough. As soon as his hands moved upward, Data would've intercepted them.

Worf didn't floor Quinn, but two solid hits from the Klingon did cause the admiral to cry out in pain. So, if Worf can do that, Data should definitely be able to at least put the guy on the ground with one hit, if not knock him out. Although in the episode, it took two or three phaser hits on the kill setting to knock out Quinn, so Data would have to hit him with absolutely all he has to get the KO with one shot.

Or then Data could simply do physical damage, such as dislocate the old man's both shoulders. No matter how well Quinn took the pain of that, he'd be unable to fight back with his hands, then. Time for Data to move on to his legs and disable those...

...And pretty soon we'd get down to a repeat of King Arthur vs. the Black Knight.

I think in such an encounter, though, Data would try his best not to harm Quinn, since he'd obviously recognize him as a Starfleet officer (albeit one which is possessed). Worf and Riker had no choice but to try and pummel Quinn, since they were inferior in strength and wouldn't have been able to restrain him. Data, however, would have been able to restrain Quinn without needing to severely injure him. He then could have walked Quinn to sickbay and asked Crusher to administer an appropriate hypo to put him down.
