I like the Kazon. They were good villains. The episodes with Culluh and Seska are among the best.
My suggestions are:
The Kazon episodes in season 2 should have taken place in a period where Voyager were staying at "The 37's planet" and helping the people there to defend themselves against them. It was a bit unrealistic that the Kazon-Nistrim chased them through half the Delta Quadrant considering how far from Nistrim territory they were at the end of season 2 and the hostility between the Kazon sects.
Kes shouldn't have being dumped in season 4. She should have stayed the whole series and got a prolonged lifespan.
Seven should have been an enemy to Voyager during season 4, being captured in season 5 and then turned to what she was in the later half of the series.
They shouldn't have got in touch with Earth already in season 4 but in season 7, shortly before their return to Earth.
Neelix shouldn't have been dumped.
Carey shouldn't have been killed off.
No Borg kids.
The final episodes should have had a final encoulnter with Suspiria who at the end should have sent them home.
There should have been a real homecoming episode where we would have seen them being re-united with friends and family on Earth.
And why not a "happy ending" between Janeway and Chakotay?

I'm in for Tuvok, but, I'm not sure I want Teacake looking over my shoulders directing me during PonFarr activities

I watched most Enterprise when it aired, but, missed most of S3, and sporadic episodes of S1 and 2. Voyager, I watched pretty religiously for S1-3, and then caught odd episodes S4-7, so, yea, some will be new, and of course, it's my first rewatch of each.

Well, I think that You Will Fail is a good choice for a writer, from what I've read of their posts.
I'm up for playing a Joe Carey that doesn't get killed off! That was the meanest, lowest move to not have him on for ever and bring him back just to kill him off.
Or maybe I would be good at playing Ayala.
I also think we should have some of the crewmen recur more regularly. I found it very implausible that they kept introducing new crewman after new crewman on the show and then they either got killed off or just faded away.
Maybe that would work on a ship that's in the Alpha Quadrant, but on Voyager the number of crew is pretty limited... around 150.
It's a less extreme version of that stupid overabundance of shuttles that Chakotay kept crashing.
Considering that we're doing this in flash media, we don't actually have to look anything like the characters we play, correct? We'll be voice actors, right?

On the note about scripts, perhaps I could pitch some ideas or maybe proofread the scripts. I have an eye for detail.
Anyway, we will need to have more than one scriptwriter, especially if You Will Fail isn't able to respond very much. Perhaps he's busy. Maybe a PM will alert him.
