Ah, on closer inspection it was a warning about an unsecure website using https.

The kid vanished 20 years ago. this is the anniversary or something.

Read again. It was "http://news.ca.msn.com/...". Since it's before the domain name that "ca" is not a country code, but a sub domain within msn.com, probably for reports about the US state of California (CA).
