I almost never get any PMs so I almost look at it as a special occasion. Of course one time it was a mod who let me know I had a warning and that wasn't fun, but that's what happens on this board.

Ok after reading the thread I have to ask, is the whole purpose of the whole PM thing to just make the person recieving the PM paranoid. Good gracious a lot of the reactions here are the same.

At a forum I used to be on, it was a case of "Who's mithering me now" unless I could see a specific member in the who's online box. (Then it was more welcome)

As for here, it doesn't happen as often

I've been known to let that box stay red for weeks on end, I guess most of the time I just ignore it and go straight to the threads. I will admit I have gotten better at responding to PMs and friend requests.

That's been something I haven't gotten in a while. A Friend Request. Of course I'm not sure what good that is here (Even though I've friended a few people) so that might be why I stopped trying.
