I don't know what happened, but there must have been some legal precedent set because over the last few years there have been a swarm of high-budgeted porn parodies of TV shows and movies. Some have been so well done that the storyline portions of the films (without the sex scenes) have been circulated separately. There have always been porn parodies of movies but they'd never been able to use original titles or character names before; now it seems the sky's the limit. Heck, there's even a Six Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman one out there. Though I saw a poster for Cosby Show XXX and it gave me nightmares... 
There have been a number of Star Trek films and Star Trek: Next Generation films, but this is the first Star Wars one that I know of. It'll be interesting to see what Lucas' reaction is.

That's because Star Wars has a very big kids audience which is the only reason Han and Leia never went beyond the chaste kisses in the films.
Star Wars porn is like seeing your favorite Disney characters get it on.
That's the point: it's legal.
Vivid Entertainment? Not bloody likely. They have more Jew lawyers than Lucasfilm (and a higher operating budget to boot).

Uh, yeah, that's how they do SFW trailers for porn parodies - they want sites like Youtube to host them. This has been going on for years now.
