Greetings all -
I have seen a few threads here regarding Lego but most of them are quite old. I was just wondering if anyone here has produced their own Trek models in Lego and, if so, whether you do so with actual bricks or do it virtually in Lego Digital Designer?
Being an old-timer, I prefer the real bricks but I have done one or two cool things in LDD. Ultimately, if I had enough time, room, and money, I'd love to try reproducing Matt Jeffries' model of the TOS standing sets from Desilu Stage 9 in minifig scale. However, I think that would break me and I'd probably have to give up a whole room in my house (so I'd be divorced as well!). Just for giggles though, I tried a section of corridor in LDD and this is what I came up with:
I would love to see pics of anything the other fans here have done! Anyone willing to share?
