An end of an era indeed. My excitement level continues to increase for "The Dark Knight Rises". I think I'm equally excited at this point for both "Man of Steel" and "The Dark Knight Rises". We inch closer to December and the prologue and trailer.
So, I wonder how the romance scenes between Batman and Catwoman are going to go? My buddy and I were talking about this the other day, and usually it's sort of a raw sexual tension between the two in most other forms between the two characters but in this series of movies there's something different that could have an impact on things here.

What's it going to be like when Selena Kyle is standing there all Catwomany talking in a sultry, sexy, voice trying to seduce Batman and he's back there growling at her like a lion with throat cancer?

Frankly I think Nolan is going to approach the Batman/Catwoman dynamic somewhat differently. I don't think we're going to get the traditional flirtation between the two characters we're all used to in the comics and from "Batman Returns" or other outlets.
Isn't that pretty much that their entire dynamic, though?

I never said there wouldn't be sexual tension between Batman and Catwoman. I just said that it would probably be depicted in a different manner this time around.
Well.... that's a given. Pretty much everything they've done has been a bit different from the "norm" already in the comics and cartoons. In those the Joker was a lunatic, in TDK the Joker is more of a raw criminal sociopath.
That doesn't change what I originally asked, how are the romance/banter scenes going to play out when Anne Hathaway is talking like a normal woman and Bale is growling like a rabid dog?

^ We'll have to find that out when the movie is released won't we? 
You don't know what speculation is, do you?
I know what speculation is. I'm not sure what you expect people to speculate on about Anne and Bale. It's clear you don't like his Batman voice as a lot of fans don't. This isn't exactly something we can really talk much about in my opinion. It is going to come down to how the actors portray the scenes in question and how the Nolans have written them. We don't know what kind of voice Selina Kyle will have as Catwoman either.
