Would the Borg worship T-1000?

Given how the rouge Borg in TNG Descent claimed Lore was a supreme being since he met their goal of being totally artificial life, and how the Borg Queen (unfortunately) showed that the Borg use leaders, as well as perused Data herself. Would they see a T-1000 as being the epitome of their goal of artificial life that can instantaneously adapt?

Just think what a T-1000 Borg King or army of T-1000 drones with Borg shielding could do to the Federation. And after they've led a few to foundry worlds to destroy them, the Borg would presumably adapt to that tactic and destroy all the foundries in the Alpha Quadrant they could find. Not to mention how easy it would be to infiltrate any Federation world with the shape shifting capabilities. You basically have The Dominion plus The Borg, the two greatest threats in Federation history rolled into one.

I'm not sure whether worshipping Lore as supreme being is general Borg consensus - it seems more likely that he somehow managed to implement that part as a sub-routine for his rogue corps or something.

After all, in Best of Both Worlds, Locutus calls Data "obsolete".

But their two separate universes, so there really isn't a time gap in technologies. T-1000 was pretty advanced.

I have a hard time believing the Borg as a whole would look up to a robot. The T-1000 had no sense of self-determination, whereas the Borg at least have a higher sense of purpose.

Which makes me wonder if that would even be possible. How do you implant machinery into goo? Nanoprobes could be effective, but that isn't full assimilation is it?

Agreed.
Besides didn't the Borg Queen in "FC" say they she/Borg considered perfection and melding of the synthetic & the organic. That's why they admired Species 8472 because they achieved a combination with their ships and tech, the Borg hasn't. Terminators don't rely on any organic to operate. Most Terminators don't have organic skin, only the ones sent to infiltrate do.

According to a fanfic I wrote when I was 14, it is totally possible.

I mean, if the Founders can get infected with a disease, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to get infected with Borg nanoprobes.
