I'd go back to 1995 and copyright the terms "Google", "Facebook" and "MySpace" along with registering the domain names. I'd do this just to see what the internet heavyweights would end up being called.

Edit: Oh and having watched "The Social Network" for the first time last night, I'd go back to 2003 and modify the algorithm on Mark Zuckerberg's dormitory window.

I'd stop myself playing a game of squash in 1992, which kicked off a chain of events leading to losing all the cartilage in my knee and having a ligament replaced about 2 years ago.

There's not much in my personal history that needs fixing, but I can think of two occasions in my girlfriend's past that I'd try to warn her about. Not sure how I'd warn her, since she wouldn't know me at that time....

There are a few things I would consider changing, but in reality there is no way to know where I would end up today if I had done those things. So I'd probably just go to watch something like the end of life on planet earth, circa 65 million years ago.
