on my DS9 re-watch i am just in the middle of Looking For Par'Mach In All The Wrong Places but had to pause and comment on here after Quark utter the best line of the season so far...

Before I offer a couple quotes, I must say that this thread proves how awesome the writing was on DS9. Would it even be possible to have a thread like this for Voyager? There's nowhere near the quality quotes like on DS9!

Best.moment.ever is when Damar arrests Kira and the lot on DS9, says "I'm sure you've got nothing to hide", gives Leeta's really considerable cleavage a demonstrative glance and adds "you certainly don't". Hehe.
It's juvenile, but it makes me giggle every time I watch it.

But anyway--perhaps anything said by Leck the Eliminator in "The Magnificent Ferengi" is awesome. He's like a Quentin Tarantino character--you know, "You shoot me in a dream, you better wake up and apologize!", "Oh, I'm sorry--did I break your concentration?", etc.
My favorites: "Now--who do you want...eliminated?" "It's not that kind of mission." "Then why call an eliminator?"
And: "And YOU SHOT MOOGIE!" "I saw we weren't going to rescue her, so I put her out of her misery...."
