Well certainly not sharing names.
For an almost-as-ancient (but certainly more obscure) reference, when I was in kindergarten, everyone kept asking me where "Bear" was. 
I'm Thomas, but I go by Tom. I use Thomas so infrequently that I have to remember that I need to use it for "official" stuff.
Nicholas, and I VERY much prefer Nicholas.
I've just started a new job, and I'm going crazy at being called "Nick" all the time, but don't feel comfortable enough to start correcting people.

There's nothing inherently unhealthy about being thin. For more than 30 years, I was also at or just under the weight you mentioned here, and I'm only a couple of inches short of the height Scrawny gives above. I always ate plenty and was usually at least somewhat physically active - up until a couple of years ago, that was just my normal weight.
Anorexia is an eating disorder, not a body type.
