Personally I think a unified Earth would be dull. Vive la difference!

Don't worry, Switzerland would never join.
Actually, that's my bread and butter 'when I work'.John Lennon was a songwriter. Artists are no more wise than you or me, they just have a bigger audience.
Good old Backnig. He was great. And British.being British isn't about rights and laws.
it's about tolerance and fair play, keepnig a stiff upper lip in a crisis and backnig the underdog.
that's the British. oh, and having a damn good sense of humour.
There was no anti-French feelings here when we won the 2012 Olympic bid, now have never been to France, I don't know how that went over the Channel, but we sure as heck cried to FIFAwhen we couldn't use all our new expensive stadiums for the World Cup.
Perhaps my fellow Europeans can help clarify if I'm right or wrong but mainland Europe is more to the left on the political spectrum whilst the UK leans more to the right.
Yes, and there was such a backlash to the influx of new eastern European immigrants that when Romania and Bulgaria joined the EU 3 years later, the UK put restrictions on their citizens going to the UK. Also, your point is rather undermined by the fact that the UK is the only country in the EU that refuses to join the Schengen area, in part because of the possibility of illegal migrants making their way into the UK (which is rather annoying as Ireland wants to join but we can't because it would mean border controls for Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK).Atleast we had Polish people... the UK was one of the only EU member countries(Not the only one.) To allow Eastern European migrants to live and work in their country, OTHER countries in the EU demanded that they wait acouple of years after joing the EU before they would let them do that...
Sticking your fingers in your ears and acting oblivious doesn't make the problem go away. Just because you don't support the BNP doesn't mean that nobody does and, sadly, enough did to get Nick Griffin elected to the European Parliament. Nick Griffin isn't the only racist in Britain, and he's not the only person there that has a problem with foreign migrants, not by a long shot. Remember, Gillian Duffy was a Labour voter that had concerns about immigration, you can be damn sure that there's plenty more like her that support Labour and the other two main parties.I don't care what the BNP do, their leader took the P when he didn't like what he saw in London after comming to London and appearing on televison for a debate... He said that London was no longer British... If he had a fatal heart attack tomorrow because he's soo fat and stupid, no one would miss him and people all over, would wonder who the BNP will elect next. - They're too facist for my liking, for ANYONE's liking, and are proof that if you neglect an area because not everywhere can be soo prosperous as another, like Dagenham, where the BNP ran in London, is a sh*t hole but Enfield, where the BNP didn't, isn't. - Then the people will grow stupid and start bashing each other with rocks and rubbish found in car parks because they're white, they're poor and they're P'ed off.
And the Swiss will win too, what with their superior knife technology. They've been waiting centuries to finally have a reason to show off their mad knife skills. In fact, the next World War will be everyone else against Switzerland.![]()
Bof off I say lol... Dwell on the negative and that's what you get, P'ed off B'ing.Yes, and there was such a backlash to the influx of new eastern European immigrants that when Romania and Bulgaria joined the EU 3 years later, the UK put restrictions on their citizens going to the UK. Your claim that the baggage of national identity died out in the UK decades ago is absurd, demonstrably false (I've been a very, very minor victim of it)
Here's an idea: Don't criticise other countries for their failings and then airbrush them out of your own.Bof off I say lol... Dwell on the negative and that's what you get, P'ed off B'ing.
So all because their right to be facist exists, just makes my right to be me both right and acording to you, adverse.
I never said that it was, I just pointed out that the problems of nationality have not been sorted out in the UK yet.Gosh you're wrong though, a racist incident doesn't mean the UK's racist.
