X-MEN: FIRST CLASS (Casting, Rumors, Pics till release)

Not sure if this is all the tv spots in one place here or not:

Actually, there are some quick by scenes in the pieces we've seen thus far with Mystique totally in makeup, where one wouldn't know it was a different actress. That is half the battle right there. ;0)

Is this the same clip Capt?

Does no one read the posts before hand? Add I just love when the imdb page gets littered with dozens of blogs that all say the exact same thing. Can no one write their own copy these days?

Agreed. I've already seen enough. I don't want to see too much, otherwise I might as well not bother watching the movie!

^ I'm pretty sure that's why they hired Jennifer Lawrence, because she somewhat resembled Rebecca. It turns out she's a better actress than Rebecca :)
Doesn't matter too me, Mystique has been the best character in all 4 films IMO. I love how she's a human Octopus. She even fights as if air is water.

Honestly at this point I'm tired of trailers and tv spots, over-analysis. I'm ready to watch the movie now :)
QFT.
+1
But I must say I enjoyed the "Magic Trick" spot released a few days ago.

I'm starting to feel as if all my attention of the viral campagin is going to have me having already seen 80% or more of all the cool scenes.

I may have to embargo myself from here on out.

This is what happened to me with X3, I watched the trailer and all the clips so many times when I actually saw the movie I felt like I'd already seen it.

Also it's 20 minute (more or less) running time didn't help. Anyone know yet how long First Class is gonna be?

I don't understand the notion that X-Men: The Last Stand is too short I've seen people claim here and other places. It was 105 minutes long, which is about the same length of the first X-Men movie. Granted X2 was about twenty minutes longer (and you felt that extra twenty minutes), but it wasn't like the third film wasn't "typical movie length".

My DVD says 99 minutes, and thats with credits of course. For a film like that with dozens of characters and multiple plot lines, it's defintely too short IMO

It was too short to tell the story it needed too. A few extra mins would have help Kitty Pryde not feel like she was written in at the last minute or given more depth into Jean becoming Phoenix. 20mins could have given Cyclops more too do than just die. 20mins could have help us understand why Angel( most folks forget he's even in the film) went from shaving off his wings to understanding why he becomes defiant toward his father.
I personally don't "feel" the extra 20mins of X2 because IMO it was that enjoyable and required that time to tell the story properly.

There were parts of X2 that really dragged for me after the first viewing.

Cyclops would not have gotten more to do if the film's running time was increased. The actor had commitments to Superman Returns, hence his limited time in the X-Men: The Last Stand.

So then you give it too the other characters I mentioned.
