Osama Bin Laden is Dead

I say the guy who pulled the trigger. I mean, a special forces soldier should have something for his troubles and service to his country, right?

I was thinking more the terriost organizations he funds with his millions.

It's not like he has a bank account with OBL on his debit card. :wtf:

He has set up international funding for his organisation using the drug trade and wealthy donors, that money isn't going anywhere just because he died. And I am sure that he will have made arrangements for whatever he had in terms of property and investments that hasn't been discovered and frozen by whatever country it resides in. The guy was a murderous asshole, not an idiot.

At least people affected by 9/11 will have some closure, it may not bring their loved ones back but at least this creep will burn in hell for what he did and all those lives he killed and ruined on that tragic day in september.....

While I am happy the guy is dead, there is always someone who could be far harsher to take his place. I am not thinking about the here and now celebration, but what is to come. Not to bring down anybody mode.

Send the team that did this on an all-expenses-paid vacation to wherever the hell they want. :techman:
Do the team a favor and never ever reveal who they are.
Well, yes. It shouldn't be publicly announced. No reason they can't be quietly rewarded, though. ;)
Those SEALs, and everyone else who was involved in the mission, will no doubt receive medals, commendations, and/or whatever else would be appropriate for their actions. But their identities will absolutely be kept a secret, and whatever awards they do receive, the reasons for them will also be kept classified.

This shows how much 9/11 means to everyone. They talk about all the twenty year olds, but I'm 32, it is the biggest event of my life too. 9/11 was our Pearl Harbor, this is like VJ or VE day.

Same here, that day still disturbs me on some level.

I don't know I have seen many scares in my life.
9/11. Bird flu.
Gosh I hope that my kids lifes don't have any of this crap, then again I have never heard of such a pipe dream.

You got me wrong friend I wasn't comparing I was just listing the bad things that have happened while I have been young. I am just saying I hope this doesn't happen to my kids(if I have any) or my family in general.
